Eligibility for Membership
Any adult who shows sufficient interest and participation in the objectives of the organization is eligible to become a member after paying the membership fee.
The Executive Committee will decide on membership applications. The committee also has the right to deny membership, provided the reason is informed to the concerned person.
Membership application forms are available online via Google Forms.
Types of Membership
Founder Members – Those who participated in the establishment of the organization.
General Members – Those who joined after the organization’s formation.
Honorary Members – Respected members nominated by the organization, who will not have voting rights but can contribute from other regions or states.
If the organization expands its operational area, honorary members may be granted full rights as general members.
Membership Fees
Founder Members: ₹2100 (no longer available)
Other Members: ₹1100 membership fee + ₹1000 annual contribution
Executive Committee
The Executive Committee of the organization shall include:
President – 1
Vice President – 1
Secretary – 1
Treasurer – 1
Members – Minimum 3, Maximum 7
The first committee was nominated by the founding members.
Term of the Committee
The term of the Executive Committee shall be 2 years.
Each position will be filled through elections by the general members.
Members unable to attend meetings may send their vote by registered post to the Secretary.
